Cycle SE – This format is our foundational South End Cycle format designed to develop a strong base of cardio endurance and cycling technique appropriate for all level riders.

Cycle/Sculpt – This format includes an endurance building ride followed by 20 minutes of upper-body strengthening exercise to compliment any riders program.
