If you are looking for a more private circuit-style weight room, you will definitely feel comfortable in our recently renovated Women’s Only Gym. It features several popular pieces of cardio equipment, free weights, strength training equipment, balance trainers and more. All set up for a smooth, comfortable and efficient training session.

If you enjoy being motivated in a group atmosphere, we have a variety of group fitness classes available. Classes include strength training, cardio, step, yoga and cycle! All group fitness classes are included within your membership.
Personal Training
The South End fitness coaches are certified and have extensive personal training experience! Your new membership offers you a one–time complimentary orientation to familiarize you with the weight equipment. Contact fitness coaches directly for private/semi private training sessions (additional fees apply)
Eddie has been certified through the American Council on Exercise since 1995 and has a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and Physical Education from Long Beach State. Fitness has always been his passion! In 1983 he competed in his first bodybuilding competition. He loved it.
In 2011, he entered in the N.P.C. U.S.A. and L.A. Championship masters 40 plus division and received third place in both. He trains children to seniors, disabled, beginner, advanced, and competition levels.

Karen is an ACE certified personal trainer since 1995 and one of the first teachers to be AFAA certified as a group fitness instructor. Karen earned a B.A. degree at Azusa Pacific University in communications and combined that with fitness in 1980.
Over the years she has taught a variety of classes including: Aerobics, Step, Sculpt, Slide, Core Board, Interval Training and now XCo’s and Flexi Bar. Karen believes that fitness is a life–long journey to enjoy and take you into a healthy future.

Justin Stuler is an ACE certified personal trainer and a certified Pilates instructor with over 20 years of professional experience. His interest in fitness and conditioning was born from a love of athletics. He is a multi-sport athlete who was drafted out of high school by the Texas Rangers. After graduation, he began working professionally alongside a physical therapist while playing with the LA Galaxy on their development team.
As a health and fitness professional, Justin specializes in injury recovery and prevention. He utilizes the knowledge he gained from a lifetime of cross-training and his education and experience in physical therapy to help individuals of all ages.
