Frequently Asked Questions
Yes! We offer guest passes at $15 for kids between the ages of 2-13 and $20 for people 14 and over. Bulk guest passes can be purchased at 10 passes for $160 (20% off each entry).
Yes - We allow membership freezing for a minimum of two months to an indefinite period, where you pay 1/3 the monthly due not requiring a food/bev minimum. You can freeze within the initial year term and those months count towards your one-year commitment.
You can cancel your membership at any time after the initial one-year term by providing a 30-day written notice either in person or by email.
Yes - We allow reservations for both, up to one day in advance starting at 6 AM for racquet sports and 7 AM for swim lanes. You can make the reservations through our mobile app, or reception either by phone or walking in and asking.
No - We make it extremely easy, just show up. None of our classes are at an uncomfortable capacity which allows this.
