About the F&B Minimum
The monthly F&B minimum is a separate charge that works as a dining credit — it sits in your account and applies at The Lounge, The Café, and our Poolside Grill. Think of it as money you'd spend anyway, just on really good food and drinks.

Had a summer membership in a prior year? Welcome back — you get a loyalty discount. $300 off family plans, $200 off single and couple plans.
Optional Racquet Sports Add-On
One-time fee. Unlocks tennis, pickleball, padel, squash, and racquetball for the entire summer.

The first 10 memberships enrolled get an extra two weeks added to their summer — free. Once they're claimed, they're gone. No exceptions, no rain checks.
Love Summer? It Never Has to End.
A lot of our summer members end up going year-round — and the value is hard to beat. Our pools are heated to 82° year-round, and the club is beautiful in every season. If you're curious, year-round options start at $190/mo for singles. Just something to keep in mind.
